Damn straight! Just let that a-hole try to enforce that one!! I do love how the community rallied behind the student in this case!!!

I would send my student back to school with a copy of the U.S. Constitution. I would very politely ask that the principal return to me a note verifying that the he/she actually read the document... signed by his/her parents.
