We are currently looking at housing options for when we get there, and I would really like to buy a house since we’d have access to the VA loan and will have two BAH’s to work with. Additionally the lure of building wealth via equity seems nice. Can anyone who has been stationed in Hawaii speak to whether they’ve seen other sm’s be successful with home ownership there. Also, any other suggestions regarding if we should consider on post housing or to rent instead are welcome. Will you be moving again? It is usually best to wait until you are close to getting out and knowing where your next career will be located. You don't want to get orders and have to leave and depend on a realtor to sell your house for you. Weigh all options carefully prior to deciding. Very often split systems require reinstallation of doors and even windows. So I recommend you to first contact https://thwindowsdoors.com/pickering-window-replacement/ and talk to them about the price of doors removal and reinstallation. And then you can check with your air con guys too.

Pickering Window Replacements

Upgrade your home with vinyl windows from Pickering window replacement company.
