I lived and worked in Germany for over 25 years, so I would be happy to help answer any questions about the country or its' people. Are you planning to live on the German economy, or in Government housing? (It makes a difference as to what you may, and may not, want to bring with you as far as electronics goes....) You might want to consider learning a few words, and phrases, of German before you go, especially if you may be looking for a place outside of Government housing. Study up on the Dollar to Euro exchange rate, as a large portion of your life could revolve around it. "Viel Gluck und alles gute !!" (Good luck and all the best !!)
