PCSing to Fort Drum (Housing)

I will be arriving to Fort Drum in June. I am looking for a house to rent for under the around $1,500 BAH rate. Does anyone have any ideas of houses that allow pets? It can be up to 30-45 minutes away. I have a wife and son. So hopefully something with 2-3 bedrooms and 1.5 to 2 baths. Would like a fence or the ability to install one. It has to be a house. Not a fan of apartments. Currently paying a mortgage on a house in NC so buying is not an option. Thanks.

KC I have a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car heated garage home on 4.5 acres. I'm only 12 minutes from drum in Evans Mills. What type of animals do you have?

They accepted pets and was bout 10 mins from post.
