PCSing to Wainwright, looking for info

I will be goin to wainwright here in a coule weeks, I already know its going to be cold but I am not sure what type of clothing I should invest in. what brands are best? What are absolute must haves? Jackets, boots etc..

my vehicle is already winterized so now my only worry is making sure I have the right clothing. Thank you
