It seems he has a vision for the Marine Corps, and he is all about implementing his vision. In one story after another - primarily here on RallyPoint - I've read how GEN Dunford plans to revamp the USMC to be even more relevant and ready. I say the Marines are lucky to have such able leadership at the top. I still have my culture shock moments as I transition from my Air Force years to my supporting Marines as a DON Civilian, but the Corps is resilient and will make anything happen.
