By now everyone has seen or heard about the PFC at Fort Carson who took a selfie of herself in her car hiding during Retreat, and if you haven't you are probably in a cave. We all are mad about this and if you are not i ask are really a Soldier? But was that just on her or was it a failure on her leadership? I have my personal thoughts but what do others think?

Ok how about I update this to just what are your thoughts on this? Not who's fault it was.
