What were you rated when they discharged you? Also did you go through a PDES process to assess fit or unfit status. I know a couple people that are still serving in the NG with 90% disability. I know probably 100+ soldiers that have some level of rating that are still serving. It could set off further evaluation and a med board process. With that much TIS, the worst case would be that you&#39;re medically retired and get to start drawing retirement pay immediately. I was rated 9 months ago.<br />I was not referred for discharge or severance. I&#39;m drilling as reservesit as normal. But I get a reduced VA payment because of drill pay. A PHA can&#39;t refer you to a med board, only a provider can do that. I was rated 50%. I Have done 2 PHAs since then, it even asked what I was rated on PHA paperwork. No alarm bells went off, CO/XO have signed my yearly form with no issues never asked about what health problems were. And I have gone AD for short periods of time with no admin issues.
