Playing the favorites game? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/playing-the-favorites-game <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>In my past units, I have noticed alot of the leaderships play the favorties game with soldiers. Any where from letting soldiers out of work early to promotion. I know unit commanders have a survey that the soldiers, NCO&#39;s and officers take to get feed back, but how, if any,&amp;nbsp;does the military try to keep commanders from doing this, and what can be done if it is an on going problem and how do we, as leaders stop this from happening? But When I was in I would rather know my job then try to be that guy who has brown stains all over his nose. I used to hear my squad leader cry all the time to get his 5. Omg that was so annoying especially during deployment them when he got it he got lazy and I just laughed every time he messed up CPL Eric Allen Fri, 03 Jul 2015 03:11:55 -0400 2015-07-03T03:11:55-04:00 2013-11-04T07:24:29-05:00
