Please help, VA screwed up my benefits. What can I do now?

I stayed up all night going through papers. VA rec. my info from SSA and figured my benefits wrong. I make too much fromSSA so I get zero.

I still have to pay it all back even though I would have no way of knowing what was going on. That's a 10 year mistake on their part. How does that make me the bad guy? VA still destroyed my credit when they told my bank I lied to the VA it took me a year and a half to find someone to refinance my house.. As if I know how to figure benefits. Why should I be punished? SO SO TIRED of dealing with bullshit. I have nothing left to give physically, mentally, or emotionally, let alone financially.

I don't think anyone is trying to "punish" you! This is not a punishment, but if you did receive benefits that you were not entitled too, you may (or may not) have to pay them back. I don't know all the details, but I'd like to try and help. Don't think they are out to get you - yes, there might be some BS involved, but we can definitely get thru that! I'm a professional BS sniffer and I can smell it a mile away - and - I know the RP community wants to help!

I tried to get a VA loan and the guy writing the paperwork had to deploy to Afghanistan and said I dropped the ball and so no loan and now I have a rotted house with no roof and a loss of 1.4 million in assets. Am I pissed off ? And now your boss is stealing my SSI money and giving it to Muslims and bringing terrorist home to the US. No body has any BALL to impeach the lunatic you work for. This country is DOOMED with that POS in the house. Where is my hero?
