PR freezing and crashing

I'm using Chrome as well and running Win 10 OS, except I got lots of "junk" loaded... However, yesterday I did have an issue with RP, FB and a couple of other sites (slow & crashing) and I did receive the window you have displayed above while on RP. I decided to check for Malware (using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware), and sure enough, I picked up 5 PUP's (Potentially Unwanted Programs) which tends to make your browser and programs running in your browser do dumb things. Once I quarantined them, deleted them, re-booted the PC, rechecked for malware again (just to make sure as they can be stubborn lil devils) then opened the browser and programs again, and everything worked fine. I'm not saying that this is your problem as with computers and OS's, anything is possible, but this is just what I experienced. I hope this helps.

I use Google Chrome and my operating system is MS 7 Ultimate which is a fairly stable operating system.
Yes in the 1970's and early 1980's I remember shining low quarters and black combat boots SGT Michael Glenn. There were all sorts of experts who had different schemes to spit shine low quarters and the tips and heals of combat and jump boots in those days :-)
