President Trump: dream or nightmare?

I just have got to say, I have watched a lot and read even more and imo Trump being president could be great I think one of the things I like most is he seems to know that everyone has has a job. He would pick the best person to conduct deals and a bad ass to run the military. Idk just my humble opinion tho, what do you all think of his ideas to run the country?

I wouldn't vote for him if i was given a million dollars, he doesn't think before speaking, clearly doesn't understand diplomacy, he's a birther and way too full of himself.

When I first joined the Marines in January 1976 my Commander in Chief was Gerald Ford. My favorite was Ronald Reagan. Up until 2008 I felt Jimmy Carter was the worst. However the past 6 years have been the worst. For 2016 I say "ABC" anybody but Clinton.

This is a guy who wrote a book that talked about fidelity. a few years later he had how many affairs? He has lambasted damn near every politician he doesn't agree with. His ego is out of check with reality. No way in hell would I want him in charge of anything. He goes down the end of April 2016, if he makes it that far.

Cpl Joshua Wehrman, I would vote for the Donald. But I also fear a Democrat smear campaign is in the works and he will either: Not get the nomination, drop out of the race all together, or end up as a Vice Presidential candidate (hopefully under Rand Paul, my personal top pick so far).

I think some do not like Trump because he is not moved by the mighty coin, and why is that? Well, he is already preloaded with enough cash to pay our salaries for ten years. Who is going to buy him off? The man does not care about PC or who gets their feelings hurt.

Cpl Joshua Wehrman - Would I vote for him? Yes, absolutely. I agree with most of what he says, although, sometimes, not how he says it.
There are not many people who I would not vote for over Hillary Clinton.
Is Trump my choice for President? Too early to tell, but, right now, he would have my vote. Would like to see a Trump/Rubio ticket.

The man is a clown who says whatever he needs to say in order to make the most waves in a mad pursuit of Kardashian-esque fame. He thinks any publicity is good publicity, and has no morals to speak of whatsoever. He has already alienated Mexico with his inflammatory comments, Lord knows what he'll say if we keep him in the public spotlight for much longer. We need a tactician and a diplomat as Commander in Chief, not a blowhard. I shudder to think at the actions he would authorize and the plans he would set in motion.

My original thought was HELL NO. After watching the debates and catching 60 minutes the other night, I am a Trump believer. He will not be motivated by money or donations. He is a straight shooter. He knows the right people. And he wants to utilize his military, which tells me that he wants to fund his military properly. I would love to serve under a man like this. He may talk a whole lot, but he backs it up and I can get behind a leader like that. I'm in... Trump 2016!!!

In reality, he is the worst president for the military. From GAO reports pre-9/11, the military can't track trillions of dollars and he'd probably go apeshit once he finds out. If he actually applied his business mindset to running the military, your pensions and allowances are gonna get cut and people are going to lose their jobs. No more staffs, electronic inventory tracking, automatic USR reporting and accountability.

For starters, I doubt he will be apologizing every 5 minutes to nations ruled by Islam because Christians are bad people. I also don't see him racing baiting either. I want a president who will do a job and not share their opinion. I don't care about the president's opinion; I care about the president doing a job.

I will say that there is something to be said for his complete disregard of being "politically" correct, but it's too much. He needs to temper his rhetoric and some of his preposterous ideas. If he was elected POTUS tomorrow, not a single one of our allies would sit at any table with him (or probably even a representative of his/USA's). I'm not a politician, but being POTUS isn't just about hoarding all the power, it's about strict conviction, a willingness to deal, temperance, patience, and proposing/approving policy and law that will better serve the American PEOPLE, not someone's idea of what the American people want.
