In the past they had prior service quotas. You’ve got to hit them up at just the right time in order to jump back into to AD. Check on rank and MOS too. You might have to request a personal copy <br /><br />Any civilian education courses or degree attained you will need that so it will keep you at E-4.<br />I hope that helps.
