<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Good afternoon, all. <br />I'm coming up on the end of my guard contract in the next two years. I have to decide if I'm going to try the ADOS route and stay here until I can pick a better location or go active. I've talked with a recruiter on the active side, but we all know how recruiters can be, and he told me that I can select a duty station based on open slots for my MOS and grade. Does anyone know if this is true or just a recruiter line?Sat, 08 Aug 2020 17:20:46 -0400Prior service guard reenlistment, can I select a duty station based upon open slots?

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It’s true, but even if it wasn’t you would just find out at MEPS. Even if you couldn’t you could reenlist for a different duty station laterSFC Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 08 Aug 2020 18:58:29 -04002020-08-08T18:58:29-04:00Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 8 at 2020 11:23 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>How can recruiters be? Your talking about NCO’s assigned to recruiting duty. Also recruiters have the most up to date guidance and business rules which dictate what PS options are. Looking on here or online is not going to give you any better information unless it comes from another “recruiter”.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 08 Aug 2020 23:23:12 -04002020-08-08T23:23:12-04:00Response by SSG Roger Ayscue made Aug 9 at 2020 2:02 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would say go to Benning or Bragg. <br />Yep, Bragg or Benning. Either one. Best duty stations in CONUS.SSG Roger AyscueSun, 09 Aug 2020 02:02:03 -04002020-08-09T02:02:03-04:002020-08-08T17:20:46-04:00
