Promotions/cut off scores, enough points but name not on list. Is this a problem?

Anybody heard of somebody having enough points, but their name not being on the by-name list? My 3355 looks good, nothing expired, and my S-1 is looking into it. Just hate the waiting.

Possibly points weren't updated by the S1 office, via EMILPO prior to the 8th of the month...

Actually, S-1 shops need to submit all promotion-related updates to HRC by the 5th of the month. HRC does their updates on the 8th.

Promotions are like waiting for your first baby to be born. When I got my E-5 there was a freeze on all government spending and it froze all promotions, thought I was going to go nuts waiting for it.

There def would of Ben some choice words. I went back and forth about 3 times checking the by-name list, cutoff scores and my 3355. Then I went to s-1.
