Question for small business owners in government contracting. Will changing member address qualify as a physical address for a CAGE code?

Col. Cudworth is correct. Be very careful Ca. Taxes and other business related costs are high and if sone incorrectly can be even more costly. I have a Family member with a business in Arlington VA. Who applied for and competed a contract with a Ca business.

Bottom line is that she made one minor mistake which cost her greatly. Take your time and get it right.

If you're not selling directly to the government, do you even need a CAGE code? I registered an LLC some years ago, it was a fair amount of work for little or no benefit.
