This one soldier really got my attendtion, it was really a double take moment because this soldier when they went to the down postion i noticed only one of thier shoulder blades were touching the ground, and this soldier would swtich between their shoulder blades once one side got tired. So now this brings me to my question would these sit up count or would they be considered incomplete?Question on sit up portion on the APFT2014-04-30T17:47:19-04:00SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member115783<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>while giving a PT test eralier on this week, i noticed one of the soldiers during the sit up event. In the order it specifically says that both shoulder blades must touch the deck when doing a sit-up (or crunch in our case). I would reccomend that you read the regulation and see what it says in black and white.Response by SSgt Gregory Guina made Apr 30 at 2014 6:16 PM2014-04-30T18:16:17-04:002014-04-30T18:16:17-04:00SSG Robert Burns115812<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>"Lower your body until the bottom of your shoulder blades touches the ground."<br />Blades is plural.
