Should I disclose mental health and medication issues that I previously withheld from MEPS? What are the possible repercussions if I don't?

Hello, I had a question in regards to MEPS and things I forgot to disclose during the interview. I failed to let them know about the mental health I received a couple months before going to MEPS. I also forgot to tell them about medication I was prescribed by the mental health doctors, but that's different from the previous issue. I was too scared by the recruiter at the time and MEPS staff (they kept telling me that if I spoke out of line, or said anything they didn't like such as a "um" they would stop my process right then and there, as well as try and prevent me from joining in the future.) Currently, I'm going through ROTC and they're giving me a chance to go through medical again. I want to disclose the information I failed to bring up the first time, however the though of this being considered a fraudulent enlistment and the possible repercussions is daunting on me. What would be a good course of action, and what would be the possible repercussions for doing so?

Withheld implies you purposefully didn't disclose. Then you say you forgot to tell MEPS about meds you got just months prior to going...that I am betting you were taking when you went to MEPS.
Here is the deal. Right now you are pretty much guilty of willful deception and fraudulent enlistment. Not to mention you admitted this on a public forum. And, if you choose NOT to say anything when you go to Medical in regards to ROTC and getting commissioned.....well.....I have choice words that I will refrain from using.
Loyalty. Duty. Respect. Selfless Service. Honor. Integrity. Personal Courage.
These words make up the Army Values. You've thus far pissed on Integrity and now you're shooting to piss on Respect, Honor and Personal Courage. If this is the kind of Soldier you want to be and are willing to be, then I certainly don't want you on the wall protecting others NOR could I ever in good conscience follow orders given by you if you ever became an Officer.
Right now, the only thing you should do is man up and lay out the truth.
