If I say something that offends someone, then I will do my best to apologize and make it right. We all have opinions, some good, bad, and plain ugly. We should try to respect everyone's opinion and discussion points. If we have a few bad apples out there that can't be respectful or think its a joke to bash others in this forum, then the RP Admins need to take the appropriate action to bring them back into the fold. I would hope that everyone on RP has the maturity and forbearance to know how to respond in kind and with respect. Just because you are veteran and have been out of the military for long time, or on active duty, or a retiree that shouldn't give you the right to degrade or disembowel someone online. Let's continue to show progress as true professionals in our industry.COL Mikel J.

I think those of us that are on here a lot know the difference between strongly opinionated members and those who are out to troll. If that does not resolve the issue then mediation makes sense - in this case the mediators would be the administrators or possibly somebody we both are contacts with]. The blocking I think seems appropriate would be limited to communications, responses, comments between the offending and offended parties. There should be an option for the blocking to be reviewed. In hopefully rare cases where somebody would be so consumed with attacking another member after being blocked that additional restrictions would be placed by administrators with at least three administrators required for a more complete blocking of the offending party. SGT Private RallyPoint Member, SPC Private RallyPoint Member, SSG James J. And those who are being picked on (harassed) now have a way to defend themselves without having to raise the issue to a member admin or the RallyPoint staff.CW5 Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 10 Jul 2015 21:29:27 -04002015-07-10T21:29:27-04:00Response by LTC John Shaw made Jul 10 at 2015 9:42 PM
