This article tells you the best way, they recommend to set a physical fitness goal, and stick to it. It sounds like it's a good program for veterans as well as currently serving. I know I could use some help to keep me interested in achieving my weight loss goals. This is more than just weight loss. It tells you how to accomplish your mission by being in the correct frame of mind. Hope it's interesting to some of you.
