I enjoy interacting with LTC Private RallyPoint Member COL Private RallyPoint Member LTC Private RallyPoint Member they seem to keep me pretty grounded and there is some mentorship here and there. Thanks gentlemen!

Of course I can't forget my Partner in Crime (PIC) CMSgt Private RallyPoint Member who does her best not to keep me grounded! Thanks g/f!

I will say that I look forward to anyone's feedback and mentorship here. It is possible to Mentor a person that even out ranks you I think. We all have value in this as some skills don't really belong to a certain rank and can be absent at any level. But I look forward to comments from the following.

There have been many a person who has offered advice, a good conversation/debate, support, etc. during my time on RallyPoint. I sincerely appreciate all of them.

If I had to pinpoint on of those, I would have to thank CSM Private RallyPoint Member. His wisdom and support are always appreciated, and he embodies everything a CSM should.

I actually started paying attention to Rally Point for two reasons.

First, the Army to me was always about service to others, and helping prepare the next generation(s) to take over. Mentoring is a big part of that... but, we get all confused on that word... as if it has to be one person... like Yoda... It can be one person, but it can also be many. It was/is also about paying it forward, and trying to help others steer clear of some mistakes I have made.

Second, I see iconic MP Colonels, like COL Jean (John) F. B. as mentors, and I started following here, as I am always interested in what he has to say. He is a no shitter. He is my vote by the way.

Finally, as I started to follow, I found like the Army good ideas, comments and perspectives come from all corners of the force. Many times the best ideas are from those most would least expect.

I also always look forward to comments by SPC Jeff Daley, PhD CSM Private RallyPoint Member CSM Michael J. Uhlig and many others... too. There are many I look forward to seeing, and that list seems to grow daily.

I value any all perspectives, as they all make me better/us better.

I'll always be indbebted to CSM Private RallyPoint Member, who has had the single most professional influence on my career. CSM Private RallyPoint Member has been a friend and mentor who I know monitors what we are doing for the profession here on Rally Point, though his day job keeps him quite busy. Those two epitomize the best of the NCO corps and provided the type of Ranger Mentorship and Leadership to an officer just trying to be good enough.

As for Rally Point specifically, I seek out opinions of CSM Private RallyPoint Member, Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS, COL Charles Williams and CMSgt Private RallyPoint Member, because they will have some opinion or take or post that will make me think...proving that if one wants to learn, improve and get better, mentorship can be found regardless of rank, experience, etc.

Others such as CPT Private RallyPoint Member and SFC Mark Merino among many others, keep it going and keep me logging on.

In my opinion, this is the most balanced, positive social media outlet on Facebook for the professional soldier, sailor, airmen, marine, coastie (?) and veteran. All our welcome, all voices are heard, we keep each other in check and though we may not want to admit it, we all learn something every time we log on.

I nominate 1LT Scott Doyle I've contacted him in regards to technical issues on The RP App and he's either got the answer or will find it. I'm impressed with his professionalism in regards to Rally Point.

TSgt Hunter Logan I am doing a SHOUT OUT for Hunter! She was one of the first folks to reach out to me on the forum and made me feel part of the family. She has strong opinions and is not afraid to voice them; however, she will never step on their opinion just because it is not hers. I think she is the best RP mentor! Hooah for Hunter!
