RASP or Ranger school first?

I suggest RASP. Start off in the Regiment as early as possible.

I would think RASP would be required prior to Ranger School

If you have the opportunity to go to Ranger school now, I would. It will look better at RASP and if you are not selected you are still more qualified than your peers.

Get your Tab first. As CBRN you won't have it as bad as Infantry regarding getting smoked and dissed all the time, but the Tab will still solidify your position in Batt. Also, as CBRN you'll have a hard time finding time to go to School while in Batt, because there aren't a lot of CBRN guys there.

Ranger Assessment and Selection first - learn the ropes, helps you train up on the tasks you will do.
Your a PFC and most likely know all the PFC things but Ranger is a greater level of proficency that you would acheieve even if you became an SGT/E5 in a regular unit.

It has been a minute since I was in Ranger rgt. I would recommend if your unit is willing to send you then go first. It was slightly different when I went through. Non tabed went to RIP and tabed went through ROP if NCO or an Officer.

If your lucky to earn a slot (what we had to do before all this option stuff) go to Ranger School then if your translation into to the Regiment...you’ll have confidence and should be fine with the requirements of RASP (or RIP in my day).

RASP is a selection course to get into the Regiment. RANGER is forever. So go to school first.
