That said, and this is of course merely speculation on the part of a very uniformed individual...it may also be the result of an honorable and courageous American leader simply refusing to pander to mediocrity. So far, none of them have emerged spotless.

Many were pulled into the "WMD Scandal" leading into Iraq, such as GEN Franks. Some were picked off for individual acts, such as GEN Petraeus...that one had a major affect on me. Some seemed to have just given up, such as GEN McChrystal and his Rolling Stone embed/interview/tell-all and disparaging remarks toward the VPOTUS. One by one, they've all seemed to have "fallen". We have no real wartime leaders who have a shot in politics whose careers have had a major impact on me as a Soldier and a person.

We need another Eisenhower. If GEN Allen can escape unscathed, I'd love to see him on a ballot. At the same time however we need to look at the full story to see what is going on. There is something about Kelly that seems out of place. Humphries, the FBI agent informed by Kelly of the stalking emails from Broadwell, was a former Army captain and military intelligence officer and just happen to be a friend of Jill Kelley who sent her shirtless pictures of himself - remember Kelly is supposed to be married during all this. The lady went from a Tampa Bay top brASS party girl to the go between for top US brass and foreign leaders. The U.S. Central Command, based at MacDill is located in Tampa Bay

Kelley and her husband moved to Tampa a decade ago, and she quickly became the center of the social scene involving top CENTCOM officers, including Petraeus and Allen. Famous for her lavish parties she became known as the unofficial "social liaison" for MacDill and the surrounding community. However if you were anything less than a colonel, you could forget about getting an invite to one of her galas. She worked hard at becoming a fixture, even getting a special pass to MacDill which allowed her to breeze in and out: the pass, as you might imagine, has since been revoked. What makes this all stink is the mounting debt the Kelly's racked up - we are talking millions Getting sued from just about everyone they borrowed from. There are many more "strange" connections with a cancer charity were no one knows where all the money raised went missing. Mrs. Kelly smells a lot like a really attractive 37 year old intelligence officer stroking 60 year ego's. 20+ years younger, married, has a medical degree, and is rather attractive and likes to have inappropriate relationships with married personal in charge of our military and intelligence community - not weird at all. If not she missed her calling. SPC David S. Tue, 22 Sep 2015 21:57:58 -0400 2015-09-22T21:57:58-04:00 2015-09-22T16:10:17-04:00
