Received an AAM today and noticed my DA form 638 for it had the wrong DOD ID on it. Is this an issue and why?

Received an AAM today and noticed my DA form 638 for it had the wrong DOD ID on it. Is this an issue sense I was already presented the award and it was approved? If so why? I don’t know anything about S1 stuff to be honest so could use some help! Thanks.

Received an AAM today and noticed on the DA Form 638 that my DOD ID was wrong. Is this an issue and why? I have already been presented the award and it has been approved. What will come of it and should I bring this up with my S1 or does it not matter? Please let me know I don’t know anything about S1 stuff. Thanks!
