Recently separated from AD Air Force - Currently awaiting approval for conditional release from IRR. What next?

I just recently separated from active duty, and I am currently in the IRR. My recruiter and I filled out a form 368 and sent it off to AFPC, how long does it typically take to hear back? This is the only thing that is separating me from enlisting from the Army.

Being in the IRR it shouldn't take that long. They actually did my 368 when I was in the Marine Corps IRR when I was at Meps the same day I signed a contract that was back in 08. It shouldn't take more then a couple of weeks being in the IRR, it is usually processed pretty fast.

From USAF to Army? Hmm... interesting. My experiences with AFMPC have been both lightning fast and snail-with-turtle-on-its-back slow. YMMV…
