They gave me the general answer of: Check w/ a local recruiter to get the process started.<br /><br />Well, I already have &amp; all we're waiting on now is permission from the Guard bureau to get me to MEPs (again...) to get a med waiver. It took 2 years to stop receiving 2 different LESs. Took a rank reduction from E-6 to E-4 and the system wouldn’t issue me a yet date for testing for SSgt because my contract issued a waiver and allowed me to maintain my 7 level as my CAFSC. Make sure to get it all squared away early. Theoretically, I retire in just a little while. We’ll see how that works out.
