I am looking at reclassing into 25B whether is be in the National Guard or Reserves. Looking to go towards cyber and which would be a better option for going that route. It is a multi-state partnership that works in Cyber Defense (I don't know the particulars). <br /><br />I would get in contact with whatever state you are looking to move to and check out their National Guard capabilities in regards to Cyber (and full time opportunities as well). Specifically, if they have an FA-53A, they may be able to help provide insight and guidance. <br /><br />Hope this helps. I am also a signal Soldier (25B and 25A). For me it was easy because the guard doesn't have the branch I am reclassing to for CCC. That said there are pros and cons to both. It depends a lot on your state. I have been in the TN and OK ARNG and they both operate very differently. I would suggest doing some recon. Meet potential units, see what feels like a better fit.
