Both are easy to complete but I believe the ACFT is a lot easier to do. You should be fine if you exercise normally. As far as the pandemic is concerned, I’m not too entirely sure. If would expect deviation from normal routines given the circumstances. Someone else will probably comment as well with more accurate information I’m sure. As a MOS-T you would be asked to assist with PT since you&#39;re getting a 1059 and running PRT occasionally will be factored into your leadership evaluation.<br /><br />The intent is that PT shifts entirely from APFT to ACFT prep. We&#39;re currently not doing APFT and ACFTs due to COVID and the graduation requirement was waived (temporarily).<br /><br />Bottom Line: PT every day at 0500, Monday through Friday.
