Is it viable to reclassify to 36B as an E6 in the ARNG?

Thinking about reclassing to 36B within the National Guard, just wanted to know if this move will actually yield value in in terms of responsibility, learning, training, etc., or if it’s advisable to look elsewhere. I am primarily concerned with the transferability of NCO-held finance positions to the civilian sector. For reference, this experience would be used in addition to a concentration in data science in the civilian sector, with my primary aim being joining a consulting firm.
