Listings in Zillow etc are gone before they make it to the web. People live from Fountain Co all the way up to Castle Rock.<br /><br />The cost of,leaving is on the rise. Strongly advise you to consider living on post. <br /><br />Serious question : are you prepared to drive in snow? Consider how far you Commute each day.<br /><br />You need to look, eyes on what you are buying/renting. There is also an off limits list that has 20+ properties managed by Alma Patrick that soldiers are prohibited from living in.<br /><br />You need to request a sponsor.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Fountain is nice. Would stay away from the Black Forest and briargate area. Real expensive. There are some nice apartments near gate 2 and gate 3 area. I forget the name of one but it based on how much you make.
