1SG Private RallyPoint Member 89843 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have heard from AARs that the board members only want schools recommended on NCOER Senior Rater bullets that are DA Select. Since the Army's First Sergeant Course @ the USASMA doesn't exist (rolled into SLC), then what courses should you recommend for a SFC who has completed SLC? Recommended Schools on an NCOER by a Senior Rater? 2014-03-31T14:16:08-04:00 1SG Private RallyPoint Member 89843 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have heard from AARs that the board members only want schools recommended on NCOER Senior Rater bullets that are DA Select. I have pulled schools from there for NCOs who have already completed their required NCOES. Battle staff, support ops phII for log guys, master gunner, etc. What happens when you have em all. I have two ncoers that recommend me for schools I already have. Lol. Yea, pcs ncoers. How could they put SMA when I was a Sfc? Can a bullet like "he already has everything, now promote him!" Suffice?
