When getting looked at for MSG I never had anyone really sit down with me and help me so I worked on them myself thinking everything was always good, I even took new photos every year but evidently what I was doing was not working because I never got promoted in ten years as a SFC and I feel like a shit bird. Again great idea and everyone should take advantage of this great american Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 12 at 2013 8:02 PM2013-12-12T20:02:49-05:002013-12-12T20:02:49-05:00SSG Robert Burns20659<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Do you have experience with STAB?Response by SSG Robert Burns made Dec 13 at 2013 11:09 PM2013-12-13T23:09:20-05:002013-12-13T23:09:20-05:001SG Steven Stankovich20733<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you are a young SSG or SFC out there and you do not take advantage of a Senior NCO looking over your records prior to validating, you are not doing all that you can to ensure success. I wish I had this in my unit now but I don't and to tell you the truth it's sad. I was guided at my last unit by my CSM and he helped me as best as he could, He was surprised I got looked over on the 2012 and 2013 board. I did get looked over once again and I'm still unsure why.
