Recruiters and/or the recently enlisted, what jobs are in demand for the Army?

I'm neither, but I'll post my 2 cents. You can always check the in/out message from HRC for which MOSes are over strength and which are under strength. CAC login required.

Are you asking due to promotion potential, or trying to see if you can get into a particular MOS you may be interested in shifting to?

This isn't a question for a Recruiter. They handle new accessions.

This is a question for a career counselor. They handle soldiers.

As you said, it will change. It will also be highly subject to your status. What is available for others may not be available for you, and it will change dramatically. When you go to reenlist, see what your career counselor offers. Go from there.
