I have an RE code of 3. I was going through a lot in my life at that time and got out due to depression. Now, I am 3 years clean off of anti-depression drugs and feel like a better person. Family, kid, etc. I was wondering, what are my chances of getting a waiver on getting back in? I lost my job due to covid but have been wanting to ask this question for a long time now, and still I know that the Army is my dream, even after four years. Thank you. Sorry if this question has been asked before too, I couldn't find any posts like it.Reeenlistment after Chapter 11 (Depression)?2020-08-21T00:51:07-04:00Kyler Korsakas6228498

Hello,
Four years ago (summer of 2016 to be exact) I received an ELS with a Chapter 11 discharge from Army basic training. Go into a recruiting office. Go try. You will not know until you try. Go get it done. At least you'll know one way or another then. Because that's going to be a big hurdle if you just stopped taking them on your own.Response by SGT Christopher Hayden made Aug 21 at 2020 2:09 PM2020-08-21T14:09:20-04:002020-08-21T14:09:20-04:002020-08-21T00:51:07-04:00
