<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><p>I loved REFORGER and Graf, I always looked forward to those FTXs and war games every year.</p><p><br></p><p>To answer your question, because that would mean hundreds of thousands of vets would qualify for more monetary compensations and we all know the VA is continually looking for ways to deny or defer claim abilities for many veterans. Just like they did to the VN vets, put it off long enough and 80-90% of them will be dead and you don't have to pay out.</p>
