Regarding the MAR2 process, do I have any shot at keeping my MOS if I scored a retain in current MOS with restrictions on my sprint test?

I’m an 11b SFC with 11 years of service I am about to start the MAR2 process for hearing 3 profile. I scored a retain in current mos with restrictions on my sprint test. Any shot I keep my mos or is it already over?

That's contradictory. If your sprint is in the retain in MOS range then you should not be referred to MAR2. If your permanent profile says MAR2 and your sprint test says retain in MOS it will just get kicked back

Thank you for the feedback, to me it just seems like an administrative measure that has to take place but I was just curious

SFC (Join to see) HRC will return the MAR2 with instructions to update the permanent profile to eliminate the conflicting information.
Regardless of what the profile says, when it's a hearing MAR2, and your statement say you want to keep your MOS, and the company Commanders statements says you can perform, HRC will let you retain your MOS. As long as you are physically capable of performing your MOS with restrictions (wearing ear pro and hearing aids) HRC will allow you to retain your MOS. The whole process takes two weeks to get submitted to HRC and two weeks to get an answer from HRC. Take your P3 Profile and SPRINT test to your Career Counselor to start it
