Resiliency! You are not always going to be on the mountaintop. How do you react when you face a valley?

I try to remember that crap rolls down hill, if I end up in the trough, nothing to do but climb my way out. Blaming others may feel good but does nothing to make life better.

What doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger!

You must have the internal fortitude to know that you can handle any obstacle, any challenge put in your way. Good times or bad, you have to believe in yourself and know the bad or tough times will eventually pass. Hooah!
