Does the Army accept FEMA certifications/training for retirement points for Reservists and the National Guard?

So today I was doing some training for my civilian job and I read on the FEMA website courses completed can count towards your retirement points for reservists and the National Guard. However, the website states it varies from branch to branch. I am currently in the Army National Guard and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction if the Army accepts FEMA training or not for retirement points?

SGT Private RallyPoint Member I think you are looking for EBDL (Electronic Based Distributed Learning). NG policy may be different than Reserve, but your source info will come from HRC and your Command's EBDL Policy memo.

The Army cracked down on correspondence course for pay and points and most PACs will only process based on their local EBDL policy (which includes getting a Command directed approval memo to take the course). However, the following FEMA EMI courses are, in fact, on the list:
