This week I will be RIPing with the new guy and wanted to make sure I give him the best opportunity to succeed. Any recommendations on what I need to cover as this is his first Army job? I would develop a continuity book so if he has any questions later on he can reference it. I would say focus at first on where everything is located at on post and in the office then on battle rhythm and responsibilities.
