All six are great nominees but my vote has to go to SFC James Baber with a close second to SSgt Private RallyPoint Member . Everyone else has had some phenomenal comments and I look forward to joining their ranks here soon.

I appreciate the nomination, I just try and do my best to pass on knowledge gained and to help mold the future leaders of our services, I hope to always be able to be a spark and topic starter, but to be able to more than anything help my fellow SM's with whatever question they have or guidance asked for or necessary to help.

I hope this can be a great beginning to future events to help and give opportunities to all past, present and future.
