Well, I have to cast my vote for Col Private RallyPoint Member. I believe he exemplifies the professionalism of Rallypoint and contributes to the growth and well-being of all, regardless of status. I would give a tie for close second votes though to SSG Robert Burns and SSG V. Michelle Woods, both of whom also contribute quite a bit.

I'm going with SSG Burns. We've had it out on a couple of issues and been on the same side on a couple of issues, but his comments are informative, with broad enough implications to be applicable across the RP community. Rarely have I seen "fluff" questions from SSG Burns, which should be taken into account, and he's precise in his responses. To top all of that off, he slices through tension with whit and dash that defuses most situations...an uncommon trait, and one that I appreciate. You have to take your profession seriously. Yourself? Not so much.

Looking back from late 2016, it's too bad that this was the final award year. I think this would be a great way to recognize some of our outstanding RP members!
