I have stated on multiple occasions, in many different thread scenarios, CH (CPT) Heather Davis has done an outstanding job of going the extra mile for anyone who asks her help. That said ...
SSG Stephanie Johnson , CPT Aaron Kletzing , CPT Private RallyPoint Member , and Col Private RallyPoint Member all contribute the the RallyPoint community with superlative insight and support. Each candidate is deserving & it is almost criminal that only one can be selected but hats off the Chaplain Davis for above and beyond.

Oh geez, this is a hard pick!! This is a great list and you know there are so many more people that could be on the list as well! All great nominees but since I can only pick one, I'll have to vote for CH (CPT) Heather Davis. In all my interactions with her in discussions, she has really gone above and beyond to help people. I believe she would be an excellent pick.

All of those listed above have contributed immensely to the RP community and deserve recognition.

My personal choice has to be CH (CPT) Heather Davis. This woman is off the chain! She went from the bottom of the enlisted rank, to warrant officer and now a commissioned officer. She has her masters degree and is now seeking her PhD, all while maintaining a family! She's also humble. I mean who gets punched in the face by a grown man and doesn't let that break her? CH Davis, that's who. SHE GOT PUNCHED IN THE FACE YALL! But kept going! She inspires discipline, loyalty, compassion and above all, she teaches us to honor the service members who came before us.

She is one hard core military sister who has inspired me in ways she'll never know.

I'm going to go with CPT Heather Davis. I haven't interacted with her but I see her volunteering to help in a lot of threads. Definitleu could use a few more people in this world like her.

CPT Heather Davis has my vote on this one. I have corresponded with her a great deal and can tell everyone that she is an absolute sponge when it comes to knowledge and professional improvement. She takes her role as a Chaplain seriously and is indefatigable when is comes to her own personal leadership development - which means doing everything possible to lead and inspire others. She takes everything she learns and applies it every way possible, and doesn't get rattled by her mistakes, but humbly accepts and learns from them. It's absolutely awesome. A salute of respect to the other nominees. CPT Davis has my vote.

Great selections. Tough to narrow down that group to just one. I would nominate CH (CPT) Heather Davis. We have had many conversation in these forums and in other venues. She is very passionate about what she does and is a great inspiration.
