You have some great young Leaders represented here LT. Each brings something very positive to this community and all are going to make awesome young NCOs and Officers. Since we can vote for only one, I will cast my vote for SPC Christopher Smith . SPC Smith is a very strong minded young Soldier who does his research before engaging in conversation, brings something for all to think about, and who I am sure, takes away copious for his Leaders Book. Congratulations to all who were nominated!!!

Thank you Ma'am. I think SPC Thundercloud has clearly stood out amongst her peers and deserves it the most (not to say that the others don't deserve it!). But I guess if someone wants to vote for me I won't say no either.

I vote for SPC Thundercloud.

All of the nominees show maturity and contribute a great deal to the threads however SPC Thundercloud displays a holistic view of the Army that puts herself above her peers...and above many leaders as well.

I am so honored to be put in a category with some amazing fellow service members! However my vote will have to go to SPC Shelby Thundercloud. I've looked up to her and valued her responses since the day I joined RP. Congrats and good luck to all the nominees of the other awards! So bummed I won't be making it to RPx 2014!

Well, I have seen comments from all five nominees but have only interacted with three of them. My vote has to go to SGT Private RallyPoint Member with a close second to SPC Christopher Smith . The other three are still very intelligent and have a lot of potential too.
