One of the biggest concerns I hear from my fellow drivers is why rules are made that effect how we drive. I understand rules and regulations from my 14 years experience in the National Guard. But the latest one to come down to us at Advanced is we are not allowed to wear hooded sweatshirts. I understand not wearin the hood while driving but really no hooded sweatshirts? With hoods forbidden, there's no way you'll put the hood up. On the surface that's what it looks like from here.
