Russia surprises with cruise missile attack on Syria

Russian forces supporting embattled Syrian President Bashar Assad fired 26 cruise missiles from ships based in the Caspian Sea into western Syria on Wednesday in a new sign of Russian commitment to its involvement in Syria.

ISIS will pull back ... They are not really a tough enemy at all. Kurd beat the crap out of them with outdated equipment, while ISIS has our abandoned US equipment.

Doesn't surprise me at all, I would assume Russia has cruise missiles with near the same range as the US. We tend to write them off due to the end of the Cold War often times, but they are still a military juggernaut.

As long as they don't hit a "Hospital" full of innocent Dr.s and civilian patients. No surprise. As I said before, it will not take very long to pacify the Syrians. How long did it take to pacify Crimea?
