Gone is time in rate points, good conduct points, PNA points for the top 75% that passed (it is now just the top 25%), one CAP session (no more Christmas party CAP presents), evals weighed more that test scores for E6... amongst other changes geared to reward hard charges. sound off! Yes, you may have passed, but who doesn't now-a-days. If everyone got a PNA, what's the point? Award those who do well and just barely miss the cut off point. Just because you pass but are in the 5% percentile doesn't mean you deserve a PNA - if you get in the 95% percentile and don't pick up, you probably deserve a point towards the next exam. I was in the 88th percentile on a 50% pickup and still didn't make it - want to talk about salty!
