Scroll P01-19?

Ok I'll be the first (I think) to post for our scroll. I'm excited that I finally got assigned to a scroll (about a year behind my AD peers actually pinning). I figure we can vent about how long it will likely take. Who else is with me in scroll P01-19?

Good work being a PA as starting out as a first lieutenant! I have a friend who went from Captain to first lieutenant because he took the PA program and he went from an MI to medical service Corps. I'm sure he is Lieutenant Colonel now. Congratulations on your upcoming promotion!

my scroll was created!!! P01-19.... not really sure what that means? but I suppose its a step in the right direction. for many days, it says that I am 0 days in the DoD approval cycle??? any input?

Little update. Thanks to Maj Binstock's post on another thread we that as of Dec 21 our scroll was at the Chief of staff of the Army. So it is still moving despite the frozen tracker.
Next steps are Secretary of the ARMY , Under Secretary of Defense, The Secretary of Defense and Published orders. If we Keep the current rate, then based off this chart (https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/workforce/documents/WO_fed_rec_board_staffing_fy17.pdf)
then we will be pinned early February. Fingers cross the Holidays, the Govt shutdown, and the change in the Sec Def doesn't really slow us down!

Good news, both scrolls P14-18 and P15-18 have been signed. These were the two P series scrolls preceeding us. We are next! Hopefully theres no huge change up between FYs.
I'm hoping for a DOR before Feb 07 as I have a short 7 day course coming up.

The system really does jam the Guard. My scroll tool over 200 days to clear. My fiance's scroll, 178. The problem is how they batch and why they delay. If one person on your scroll is shady, has had a SHARP or IG investigation against them, the whole scroll is held up so that one person can be double checked.

I was found eligible for promotion to CPT in June of 2016. I was boarded, checked, and found most qualified and deserving below zone/unit vacancy promotion. By time the whole fed-rec process was done, my DA board had come and gone. Now, instead of being 1+ years ahead of my year group, I'm only 4 months. The system needs to be fixed.
