I've got a VR&E Client seeking employment in the Program Manager field, and he's not having much success. Does anyone know of any opening he can submit his resume for?

Does he have his Masters in PM or have a cert from a government course (Agency)?

I assume that he has reached out to all of the big consulting and technology firms.
