I was given an Honorable Discharge with an RC4 (non-misconduct, non-medical, non-mental). I requested a Personal Appearance from the Discharge Board since I had 9 years of service. I did so with the intention of producing evidence and witnesses regaridng the misstatements of others. I was never provided with a board. I am filing paperwork with the Army Discharge Review Board Agency. As I am a very detailed oriented person I have meticulously gone through The Army Discharge Regulation and though it states that I am entitles to a Discharge Review board if requested, does not state what would happen if I was not provided with a board after specifically requesting one. In my mind, by the failure to provide a board, I should not have been chaptered.
