Once again that ugly word is rearing its ugly head and the VCSA has some comments about it. The Army will bear "unacceptable risk" if it's called to respond to new threats while struggling with the return of sequestration.

Sequestration could easily be stopped if Congress and the President cut the budget in other less important areas.

But neither want to blink, so...

Sequestration.

If that's what it takes to balance the budget then I guess that's the way it has to be.
